The code change from comment 21 is already present in libreoffice-3-3-0 and of
course 3.3.1 - which is strange, as filters commit:
3e46d50d71eb3861ce73120e06dc6b8a4b17a36a - so this issue has no known code fix.

I guess this was bug#30825 - but apparently not entirely fixed.
