Summary: Files with localized characters don't open
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: LibO 3.3.1 release
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Mac OS X (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Libreoffice
        AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: postmaster at alishomepage.com

If I save a file with localized characters, say "mémoire.odt", then LibreOffice
doesn't open.

I indeed see a message saying: "/Users/alitokmen/Documents/mémoire.odt does not
exist."

It happens both in Writer, Calc, Presentation and Draw.
