bugdoc with report

Open attached odb file, in LibO 3.3.1, open report for edit.
You can see in header and footer horizontal and vertical lines.
Run report the lines not in report.
I tested in opensuse 11.4 LibO and on win7 with LibO 3.3.

This works in OOo 3.3 on win7, and in latest development version.
