With the latest version it seems to be only .doc and .rtf files that have two
identical entries in this menu (I haven't tested absolutely all the many
formats LO supports, but I tested the common ones).

Also template documents have one entry for "LibreOffice 3.3" with the generic
grey icon and another entry for the component name with the component's icon. 
Both these options do exactly the same thing.  Is this the same issue of should
I file a separate bug for the template issue?
