The middle button scrolling means that click the middle button and then move
the mouse to scroll.
In LibreOffice Writer, scrolling in the way isn't smooth and continuous. You
can feel that the LibreOffice move several pixels one time.

Compared to other application on windows such as firefox and Microsoft Office,
the speed of scrolling is too slow. (Maybe this isn't a bug)
