I see bullets also in the slide title in pptx. I do not see it in the ppt
document.

I see the problem with LO-3.4.4-rc2 and a recent master build on openSUSE
Linux.

Well, I reduce the severity. I do not see it with other presentations here, so
it must be something special in your presentations. The PPTX import/export
filters are still work in progress. We improve them in each version but such
bugs can't block the whole release.
