Sorry, I have to retract the offer above as I am now slowly converting my
thesis to word. I agree with rfvuhbtg above - the most likely professional
users of libreoffice are people who are likely to use this functionality.
Because of this bug, we can't use libreoffice to produce professional looking
work.
