ODFv1.2 has been released (http://www.oasis-open.org/news/pr/odf-1-2-approval)
and approved by TDF
(https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/TDF/BoD_Meetings#Minutes_2011-10-01). Help
file still indicates that standard will be approved in the future. 

Steps to reproduce:
0. Install localized Help package 
1. <f1>
2. 'Find' - Search Therm "ODF 1.2" - <find>
3. click on 'XML-Dateiformat` and pull down to date of acceptacnce by OASIS.
