screen-copy of navigator in Calc - big empty area

Steps to reproduce:

1/ in Writer or Calc : open the Navigator and change its size by moving the
bottom side up and down.
result: the thickness of the empty area between the list area and the dropdown
list changes
expected result: the thickness of this empty area remains constant

Please have a look at screen copies related to Cacl and Writer

2/ in Impress: do the same
result: the list area disappears
expected result: you know it :-)
