   WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI

   (daily/Win-x86 at 7-MinGW/master/2011-11-25_08.14.45)"
   LibO Start Center appears
2. To open arbitrary SVG document (for example "SVG_Font-Error.svg"
   from Bug 40088) use menu 'File -> open - selct document.svg'
3. Click <open>
   Expected: Document will be opened in DRAW
   Actual: Message "Graphics filter not found"

Also a problem for other SVG, but works for "1312279234.svg" from Bug 39799
