Works fine with Server installation of MSVC Master "LibO-dev 3.5.0 – WIN7 Home

Seems that the fix for "Bug 34876 - FILEOPEN: Writer crashes consistently
opening attached SDL and HIPAA.docx" did not reach MinGW?
