I'm sorry that we could not come up with a solution to this bug in the last 11
months. In LibreOffice 3.5 we will use a single MSI installer which simplifies
a lot of things and bugs like this probably will not occur. However, it is
unlikely that anybody will fix bugs for the old installer system.
