Problem description: 
when makeing a table and setting up the field names you are only allowed to
write a 10 character name.

Steps to reproduce:
1. make a table in design view
2. write a 11 character name (e.g. Description, Purchase Price)

Current behavior:
will not allow more then 10 characters

Expected behavior:
should allow much more then 25 characters.
