This is still the case in 3.4.3.

What happens is that the number of pages lines until the displayed part remains
the same:

zoom level 1 page  -> page displayed: X  (Xth pages row)
zoom level 2 pages -> page displayed: 2X (Xth pages row)
zoom level 3 pages -> page displayed: 3X (Xth pages row)
etc.

This bug is particularly annoying with big documents (I use F5 -> Navigator to
change pages to cope with that).
