I printed reporter's "PEDIDOS.xls" from "LibreOffice 3.4.3  - WIN7 Home Premium
(64bit) German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:302)]" to an OKIPAGE 14ex, problem was not
reproducible. 

Might be some problems in cowork LibO - Printer Driver - Printer? My results
here are completely different from the ones in other landscape bugs I know.

Can you also try a Postscript printer? 
Can you insert some rulers (also passing the document borders) and check the
print results? I recommend to create rulers from Dannys Power Tools
<http://www.smalldataproblem.org/ooextras/index.php?page=downloads&cat=projects>.
So you can check easily whether page borders position are correct for your
printer.
Please also print other odcuments (DRAWing, WRITER) and compare results.
