Solved. For fixing it, open Terminal and type:

 # system-config-printer

 Select the Printer, then go to "Job Options" and check "Scale to fit". The
problem is, The HPLIP GUI do not offers me this option, so i had to mess
arround CUPS to do it. Sorry for Everything.
