You can try the 'Copy only visible cells' extension as a *workaround*:
http://extensions-test.libreoffice.org/extension-center/copy-only-visible-cells

It is *not a definitive solution* but may helps you. Any comments, contact me
at the extension webpage (for example, to add your language in the extension).
