When I tried to print a 3-page file, only the second page of the file was
available to print.  The file displays correctly as 3 pages in "Print preview".
 In the "Print" box, if "all pages" is selected, page 2 only is shown (as 1/1).
 If 1 is entered under "Pages", nothing appears, if 2 is entered under "Pages",
page 2 appears, if 3 is entered under "Pages", nothing appears.

This bug was also present in the last version of OpenOffice that I used (fairly
recent version, 2010 before the fork).

My printer is "hp psc 1200 series".  The file was a doc file produced by
Microsoft Office.
