test case

When saved the first time with 3.4.3:
- the upper table had 4 columns
- the Minatis logo image is without border, height 2.5 cm
- the four logo on the second line have a height of 2.14cm
- The two small logos at the bottom have no border, height is 1cm for the
European Union flag and 0,99 cm for the Wallonie flag (the red cock)

After each save with 3.4.3, a new column is added to the upper table, and the
logos size is reduced.
