I do not know why you publish a confidential document. It's completely useless
if you do not tell how to use it for confirming your problem. Now idea where
THE text box might be.

I asked you to attach a sample document (the simpler the better) and " a step
by step instruction containing every key press and every  mouse click how to
reproduce your problem (and if possible how to created a sample document from
the scratch). 

An example you can find in the report for "Bug 41067 - : Graphic object broken,
hyperlink does not work".

Can you please add missing information?
