MS Word file example file

If I open the attached file (created by MS word 2010) with Libreoffice 3.3.3 I
found some problems:
- headers are lost;
- TOC page layout is differents;
- other page layouts changed from original version.

If I save document, when it is open by MS word all page layout of original
document are lost.
