When highlighting several columns or rows and then adjusting the width/height
of one, the others do not correspondingly adjust. Being able to visually group
resize columns and rows would add to the usability of LO Calc.

Tested using LibreOffice 3.4.3 OOO340m1 (Build:302) on Debian Wheezy.
