Extension : PDF import 1.0.5 in LibO 3.5.1.2/Win XP SP3/Java 1.7.3. Same
problem with LibO 3.4

Problem description: 
The extension "PDF import" displays two cheboxes instead of one in a PDF
document when opened.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download cerfa_13404.pdf (see attached file)
2. Open it with LibO
3. All checkboxes in the document are displayed twice (p.2 for exemple)

Current behavior: two checkboxes instead of one

Expected behavior: checkboxes displayed only once
