Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select print from file menu
2. Select number of copies in the "Number of copies" field
3. Press print.

Current behavior: Only ever prints one copy.

Expected behavior: Prints the number of copies indicated in the "Number of
copies" field. Note this used to work correctly before upgrading LibreOffice.
