English spellchecker works by default on my computer. I’m also using LO 3.5.2
with Windows 7 64 bits SP1.

Issues with spellcheckers are almost always due to specific installation.
Often a question of rights. Did you install the software as an administrator
(right click)?

This bug cannot be confirmed as long as it works properly for most people.
