Insert Picture from a file is common task on word processor. Especially if you
need to deal with a lot of pictures (e.g. software manual with screenshots).

So it would be nice if Writer has a keyboard shortcut for "insert picture"
command (equivalent to Insert > Picture > From File)

I think Ctrl+Shift+P (for Picture) is still available.
