I uninstalled LibreOffice, removed both, "Program Files (x86)/LibreOffice 3.5"
and "Users/*/AppData/Roaming/LibreOffice" manually and installed LibreOffice
3.5.2 German again.

Finally I started LibreOffice, closed the process and started it again; added
the extension, but it fails again - same problem.
