thanks for comment. According complexity: I did not check all possibilities but
I think the bug I found can be summarized in one sentence:
Number Format Recognition in Writer tables is performed, though the option
"Number Format Recognition" is not checked.

But I am not sure, if the problem raised by Russ is the same problem.
