The released (tagged) builds include beta/release candidate number in the main
version, e.g. 3.5.3.1 for 3.5.3-rc1 build.

The daily builds include the last version and the "+" sign, e.g. 3.5.3.1+ for
daily builds that include additional fixes from the 3.5.3.1 release.

I hope that it is human readable and we could close this bug now :-)
