Of course I did. But you did not say what kind of changes you did on the master
slide.

Your slide has the layout "Title Slide". Click on the layout "Title, Content"
and your slide will look like the left side screenshot.
The style of the text area in your slide is "Subtitle" instead of "Outline 1"
as it should be if you had really modified the right layout.
