Both still [Reproducible] with "LibreOffice 3.5.2.2 Spanish UI / German Locale
[Build-ID: 281b639-6baa1d3-ef66a77-d866f25-f36d45f] on German WIN7 Home Premium
(64bit) 
In Spanish menu 'Tools -> Customize -> Events' the error exists.
Te indicate the second "error gramatical" reliably my Spanish is too bad, but
the 2 lines above in screenshot seem to show that really "ha" instead of "a" is
required.
Help seems not to be concerned, I did not find a listing of the events in the
dialog.

@András: Was your attempt to find an existing Spanish Translation team
successful? If not, we should discuss at TSC call what activities should be
started to get a working translation team.
@Sophie: can you help?
