Problem description: 
Paste does not work with shortcut

Steps to reproduce:
1. mark text in a text field
2. cut it with cmd-x
3. place cursor in another text field

Current behavior:
cmd-v does nothing/button for paste is not active

Expected behavior:
cmd-v pastes text that was placed in clipboard before
or same by using button for paste

Platform (if different from the browser): 

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.5; de; rv:1.9.2.28)
Gecko/20120308 Camino/2.1.2 (MultiLang) (like Firefox/3.6.28)
