Problem description: 
Steps to reproduce  with "LibreOffice 3.5.3.2 (RC2) English UI/ German Locale
[Build-ID: 235ab8a-3802056-4a8fed3-2d66ea8-e241b80] on German WIN7 Home Premium
(64bit):
1. Open new WRITER document from LibO Start Center
2. Menu 'Tools -> Mail Merge Wizard'
   > Step 1 'Select Starting Document' appears, radio
     button "Use The current Document" seleted
3. <t> to select "Start from Template"
   Expected: radio button at "Start from Template"
   Actual: Nothing happens

Other shortcuts work fine.
It seems only English UI is affected, worked fine for German, French and
Spanish UI
