problematic document

Opening this documents in LibreOffice gives such bad results they are (nearly)
unusable. The difficulty seems to be the use of images in headers / footers
that are not scaled nor placed correctly.

Compare with the PDFs generated from Microsoft Word.

Compare with the result from Abiword, or antiword (PostScript file). They both
give suboptimal, but usable results.

The antiword PostScript files uses GhostScript extensions, use e.g. Ghostview
to see it.
