When dragging the small yellow handles of callouts, a big and inconvenient hand
cursor is being used. That cursor makes it hard to position the point
accurately. Please check out the screenshot to see what I'm talking about.

I would suggest to either use a crosshair cursor, or some other cursor that
would not get in the way.

This might be Windows-specific. I checked on Linux, and the cursor used was
different there.
