I confirm the problem with 3.6.0.4 Dutch (upgrading from 3.5.5.3) on Dutch
Windows XP.

Probably related to this issue:
When upgrading from 3.5.5.3 to 3.6.0.4 imported BASIC macro libraries are not
transferred, i.e. they have to be imported again.
