Database with the problem report (Monthly Average)

I created the report using LO 3.5.5.3. I place a chart in the page footer. Then
I saved the report and saved the database document file. Then when I tried to
open the report, I get an error: An exception of type
com.sun.star.lang.WrappedTargetException was caught. I closed the database and
also closed LO 3.5.5.3. I then opened the database in LO 3.4.6. The report
opened correctly. Then I tried LO 3.3.0.4. It gave me the same error as LO
3.5.5.3. Is this a regression? I am attaching the database with the problem.
