Screen shot of page view with Print dialog

Problem description: Text boundaries (horizontal and vertical around page
margin area) are not visible when in Print Layout. But once the Print dialog
window is displayed they appear. This is inconstant visual feedback.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open/Create a Writer document
2. Confirm "90 degree markers" are visible for margin feedback, but no
horizontal or vertical lines.
3. Click File, Print...

Current behavior: In the background of the Print dialog window the margin lines
appear

Expected behavior: The page view in the background should stay consistent with
user appearance settings.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0
