Example CDR file

LibreOffice 3.6.0.4 (Final) Russian UI/Locale
Build-ID: 932b512
on Russian Windows XP Professional SP3 (32bit)

Draw opens CDR file (Corel Draw 12 format), but instead of russian we
see obscure characters. Changing font does not correct the situation. It is
impossible to read text.
