This is not a valid bug report.

I did a quick test, NOT reproducible with Server Installation of  "LibreOffice
3.6.1.0+  English UI/ German Locale [Build-ID:  b0aac2a] on German WIN7 Home
Premium (64bit)  {tinderbox: Win-x86 at 9, pull time 2012-08-11 00:16:39}:

0. downloaded Extension
1. Launched a.m. LibO Version 
2. Installed extension from LibO Start center Menu 'Tools -> Extension Manager
-> 
   Add -> "librelogo-0.1.oxt" -> <Only For Me> with all checkboxes in this 
   dialog checked).
3. Close LibO
4. Launched LibO
5. Startd WRITER
   > I see LibOLogo toolbar.
     No crash

Also NOT reproducible with "LibreOffice  3.5.6.2  German UI/Locale [Build-ID:
e0fbe70-5879838-a0745b0-0cd1158-638b327] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) 

I asked user who observed the problem for more info on
<users at de.libreoffice.org> (Jochen did not observe the Problem!)

I asked Extension author to observe this bug
