The Full Screen toolbar has the Close Toolbar option disabled (greyed out), so
it is impossible to remove it. Thus it is impossible to use the whole screen to
view a document in LibreOffice, because part of the screen will always be
obscured by the Full Screen toolbar. Other software, such as Firefox, Adobe
Reader, etc do not have this problem. There is no logical reason why the user
should be prevented from closing the Full Screen toolbar. It is present by
default, protecting the novice user from being trapped in Full Screen mode, but
the user should be permitted to close/hide it. A nice touch would be to retract
the toolbar / all toolbars from the top of the screen like Firefox does,
scrolling them back when the mouse touches top of screen, however it would be
simpler to just allow the toolbar to be closed.
