Tools->Options, then in dialog select where add this function keyboard
shortcut/toolbar/menu , then select category "Edit" and function "Paste
unformatted text"

If this assign to keyboard shortcut, than unformatted text can be pasted by one
click on keyboard, for example "Insert". And if this assign to toolbar, than
unformatted text can be pasted by one click on mouse. And toolbar can leave
floating.

it is "smart tags". They can be installed into LibreOffice as additional
program. But I never used them and do not know from where install.

This function used relatively rare. And if used, more fast press Ctrl-Shift-V
than look for this function in context menu.
