Problem description: When a movie is inserted, only a reference is inserted in
the document, not the file itself.   

Steps to reproduce:
1. .... insert a video clip in a .odt
2. .... unzip the .odt
3. .... looked at the unzipped folders and the xml.  the xml references the
video file's original position.   This does not allow the video to be displayed
on an android machine by the open office version for android.

Current behavior: see above

Expected behavior: the file should be imbedded in the .odt
