JBF: so as we see here this is not a Ubuntu bug, nor a Debian bug nor some distro-only bug. Will do a build with LibreOffices bundled nss this night to
reconfirm, but even if that works, it's still a valid LibreOffice bug.

(No, using internal nss/nspr which missed many security fixes is not an option)
