Already merged to 3.5.1 as of Thursday. We should get the 'shell' launcher in the start menu by default on install now, thanks to Andras.

The other ordering issue is more problematic; I'll mark this bug fixed, as the ideal ordering of the sub-menu seems like a less important issue in comparison.
