LO 3.5.0rc3 - No gray box at end of toolbar

I just upgaded to 3.5.0rc3 and seem to have lost the little gray box at the end
of the toolbars that I use to edit 'visible buttons'(etc).  They are missing on
spreadsheets and base also.

MacBookPro, OS-10.68, LO 3.5.0rc3
