New pallets

Hi there!

I would really like to see the LibreOffice Colours in the standard colour
set...

I have prepared a first version, do not know how I should do it otherwise..

librestandard should be the new standard (Might be better sortet...)
I have added the old libreoffice.soc, this would be obsolete
The colours would also be added to librecmyk....
