1) correct.
2) I have tested and noticed this bug ever since the LO 3.4 betas on several
up-to-date Win 7 64 bit machines. It did not affect LO 3.3 with XP Pro (32
bit), and I do not know if it affected LO 3.3 with Win 7 64bit.
