 I recorded a video about that (on LibreOffice 3.5.0beta2/Windows XP). 

 Please, open http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6pCHnmbr24 (always use this url,
it's an unlisted video). The bug occurs between 27/04/1900 and 01/01/1914 (not
1904).
