-To change language of text: select text and do Format->Character (or on
toolbar icon "Character"), tab "Font" there in middle is area "Language". 
-To change language in all presentation that is being created, we need change
styles of presentation (in tab "Text" is language)
-No way to change language by one click as in Writer

I transform this bugreport to functionality request to add language change in
status bar as in Writer
